Dr Lari has been in practice in in both reconstructive and aesthetic
(cosmetic) surgery for over 22 years. Dr Lari has made pioneer work
and a major contribution both locally and internationally in the
field of plastic surgery with special emphasis on body contouring.
Dr Lari has held many posts, to mention just a few:
- Chairman of Department of Plastic Surgery
- President of Kuwait Society of Plastic Surgery
- President of Gulf Association of Plastic Surgery
- General Secretary of Gulf Association of Plastic Surgery
- President of Pan Arab Association of Plastic Surgeons
- National Secretary of International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS)
- Member of IPRAS (Internation Federation of Plastic, Reconstructive and
Aesthetic Surgery)
- Member of Editorial Board of Kuwait Medical JournalDr Lari is
currently the president of WASAPS (West of Asia Society of Aesthetic
Surgery). Hi is also a member of many international societies. Dr
Lari's articles about plastic and aesthetic surgery procedures were
published in many international peer reviewed medical journals. Dr
Lari is frequently invited as a faculty member in regional and
international arena. He conducted many international congresses,
symposia and workshops where he made numerous presentations and
chaired sessions and panels.
Dr Lari has mastered the Art of Aesthetic Surgery including the
variety of non-surgical aesthetic procedures like Botox, fillers,
Laser treatments, mesotherapy and peels.
Dr Lari's special interest and arena where he made major contributions
to the Art of Aesthetic Surgery are facial contouring with fat and
fillers, buttock augmentation, liposuction and body contouring (with
special emphasis on abdomen and breast).
